Head To Toe started in 1991 with five employees and the desire to become the #1 quality supplier of caps and apparel in the industry. Now, 120+ employees and many wonderfull years later, HTT has aligned itself with an Inspiring Sales Team, Trained Production Team, a Creative Marketing and Graphic division. This allows us to offer some of the most novel and creative headwear, apparel and accessories in the industry.

I am pleased that HTT continues to push our industry with innovative thinking. We forge ahead with a strong prescence in the manufacturing of eco-friendly and sustainable products made from Recycled Poly Ethylene Terephthalate (RPET) or recycled plastic bottles. We stock bags, aprons and headwear made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. Our 6040 and 9040 stock polos now consist of a Cotton/RPET Polyester and our stock cotton twill caps are a blend of 65% RPET Polyester and 35% cotton. In addition, we can customize your next headwear, apparel, and accessory order with 100% RPET or RPET blended fabrics. Not only do these fabrics look great, they also help to minimize landfill waste and benefit the environment. We can also create products made from organic materials, such as organic cotton, corn and bamboo. These are just some examples of Head to Toe’s “Go Green” way of doing business.

We were the first company to offer headwear made with cotton grown in the USA. Each USA Cotton cap is reinforced with a label to display its origin. HTT has the ability to offer made in the USA or assembled imprort products with the USA cotton.
