The decoration title will have the headwear style name next to it if applicable. There are three styles: Stock (Blank or Decorated), Quick Delivery (Semi-Custom) or Custom (Fully Custom)
QUICK SELECTOR
FLAT EMBROIDERY (STOCK & QUICK DELIVERY & CUSTOM)
Flat embroidery involves applying the embroidered logo directly onto your cap. The item is embedded onto the cap, and, in effect, becomes “part of” what it is embroidered onto. It is one of the most popular decoration techniques.
3-D EMBROIDERY (STOCK & QUICK DELIVERY & CUSTOM)
3-D embroidery consists of foam that is used to add dimension to an embroidery pattern. The 3D foam is placed on the topside of the pattern and stitched over with shortened stitches to cut the foam. The excessive foam is then pulled away from the embroidery giving a 3D appearance. The end result is a raised, or ‘puffed’ look.

Woven labels are made up of polyester threads that are woven together on a loom to present your desired designs and messaging. Woven labels are commonly made up of two main materials, these are polyester and cotton and great when needing fine detail that embroidery cannot achieve.

SCREEN PRINT HEAT TRANSFER (STOCK & QUICK DELIVERY & CUSTOM)
A screen print heat transfer is like silk screening except that the print is attached to paper that is then heat bonded to the item being decorated. It is very popular, durable, and economic, especially for large runs.
FULL COLOR DIGITAL HEAT TRANSFER (STOCK & CUSTOM)
Full color digital heat transfers are digitally printed transfers that allow for limitless possibilities in creating designs. As in the title, you can produce full color photo-realistic quality transfers that are customized for you. There are very few limitations to the colors that can be used.
SCREEN PRINTED TAPING (QUICK DELIVERY & CUSTOM)
Screen printed taping is an additional way to advertise your brand every time it’s put on. It also gives the inside of the cap a finished look and like all screen printing it can be done in vibrant, durable colors and design.
PEARL PRINT (STOCK & CUSTOM)
The pearl printing technique brings a unique pearly shine on the printed area of the fabric and is thus popularly known as pearl print. The shine resembles the shine of the pearl and adds great fashion value to the clothing. Puff, Glow in the Dark and Metallic Heat Transfers also available.
GLIMMER PRINT (STOCK & CUSTOM)
The glimmer print is named after the unique look it has. The technique creates a glimmer or shine on the printed area of the fabric. The glimmer It is often confused with metallic gold/silver print and glitter print but it has a different finish. Puff, Glow in the Dark and Metallic Heat Transfers also available.
SUBLIMATION (QUICK DELIVERY & CUSTOM)
Sublimation offers countless options for decoration and that is the reason it has become the most popular type of decoration. This process does not crack or fade and the number of colors are unlimited.

EMBROIDERY PATCH (STOCK & CUSTOM)
An embroidered patch, also known as a cloth badge, is a piece of embroidery which is created by using a fabric backing and thread. Embroidered patches can be attached with a pin, sewn on, or affixed with more modern methods such as iron-on, dryer heat-activated adhesive, and Velcro backing. Edges of an embroidered patch can be a choice of merrowed, stitched or hot cut edge.

SUBLIMATED PATCH (STOCK & CUSTOM)
Sublimated Patches are created through a process called dye sublimation. In one sense, this means that no thread needs to be stitched or woven into place to create the artwork for the design. In another sense, it means that even higher levels of detail can be added to the patches. See SUBLIMATION above*
RUBBER PATCH (CUSTOM)
A rubber patch, is an excellent way of achieving a crisp look and fine detail in your message. The patch is applied with a heavy duty adhesive.
LEATHER PATCH (CUSTOM)
A leather patch, like other patches, is an excellent way of achieving a crisp look and fine detail in your message. The patch is applied with a heavy duty adhesive.
DISTRESSED PATCH (CUSTOM)
A distressed patch gives the cap a used or heavily worn look. Often the distressed look will extend to the body of the cap or visor.
PRINTED CANVAS (CUSTOM)
Printed canvas is both unique and durable and creates a different look. Applied with heat or sewn on, usually, with a merrowed edge.
CHENILLE (CUSTOM)
In this type of embroidery, we will use heavy loops of thread, sewn with heavy threads or yarns, chenille is created on specialized embroidery equipment. Chenille is a French, in French Chenille is used for Caterpillar or fuzzy caterpillar. Chenille material base held down with embroidered stitches. Chenille embroidery works best on larger, bolder design elements such as letters.
DEBOSSED/EMBOSSING (CUSTOM)
Embossing and debossing are both custom decoration methods designed to give a product 3D depth. The difference is that an embossed design is raised from the original surface while a debossed design is depressed from the original surface. The debossing and embossing processes are nearly identical as well. This process can be used on different materials such as leather, PVC or velveteen fabric then made into patches.

LIQUID METAL (CUSTOM)
Liquid metal logos are created in a mold. Then attached to the fabric. This provides a bit of an industrial look.
RHINESTONES (CUSTOM)
Rhinestones are another source of decoration that can spice up your cap. Often used on visors, crowns or surrounding the logo for added attention.
METAL RIVETS (CUSTOM)
Metal Rivets can create an industrial look or a dressy look on a cap depending on type or color. They can decorate any portion of a cap including around the logo itself.
MESH FABRIC OVERLAY (CUSTOM)
Mesh fabric overlay creates a very versatile and stylish look as well as an attention-getter for your logo.
BOTTLE OPENER (CUSTOM)
A bottle Opener on your cap visor keeps your opener close by. You can open your bottle from the brim of your cap. If you’ve got your cap, you’ve got a bottle opener.
WOVEN OR PRINTED BUTTON (CUSTOM)
A woven or printed button is also an option and it can be decorated in many other ways such as an embossed metal button.
WOVEN OR PRINTED SANDWICH (CUSTOM)
A woven or printed sandwich is also an advertising area. The ‘sandwich’ is the area between the top and bottom of the bill. Here you can place your logo or do a ‘step and repeat’ version of your logo, or a reflective sandwich.
