• Submit a vector logo and PMS colors to the HTT Apparel team.

• Within 3 business days, you will receive a virtual mock-up for your review.

• Once the mock-up is approved, sublimated panels are produced and submitted for approval within 4 to 5 working days.

• A digital image of the pre-production sample follows within 7 to 10 days.

• After you approve that digital image, the 28-day production clock starts.

Delivery options give you additional flexibility. You can choose FOB California by boat, which adds approximately 4 to 6 weeks, or air freight direct to your door, which adds about 7 days. For most time-sensitive orders, air delivery is the practical choice.

One important note: delays in providing vector artwork or holding approvals at any step will push the timeline out. If a physical sample is requested, expect an additional two-week delay before production begins.
