When a client needs branded apparel on a tighter timeline, most distributors and corporate buyers face an uncomfortable choice: rush fees, compromise on quality, or push back deadlines. HeadToToe Apparel built the QuickWear program to take that pressure off your plate.
QuickWear is HTT Apparel's fastest production option for custom sublimated apparel, delivering finished goods in 28 days from artwork approval. No shortcuts on quality, no inflated pricing for speed. Just a streamlined process built around eight of the company's best-selling styles.
What Is the QuickWear Program?
QuickWear is a dedicated apparel program from HeadToToe Apparel's QuickWear collection designed specifically for buyers who need full sublimation on a predictable schedule. It is apparel only, separate from HTT Apparel's broader headwear offerings, and it runs on fixed parameters to keep production moving fast.
The program centers on eight core styles, a 50-piece minimum per order, and 100% sublimation decoration. Fabric choices vary by style, with five options available for crew necks, polos, and quarter-zips, and one designated fabric for woven shirts, hoodies, and jackets. Keeping the program focused is exactly what makes it work.
The Current Eight QuickWear Apparel Styles
At this time HTT Apparel has selected eight styles that consistently perform across industries, from corporate uniforms to restaurant staff to sports and recreation organizations.
FSP650 Simple Crew Neck Tee Shirt
FSP750 Polo with Self Collar
FSP850 Side Panel Polo with Rack Stitching
FSP625 Classic Fit 1/4 Zip
FSP2050 Classic Fit Woven Camp Shirt
FSP2600 Pullover Hooded Sweatshirt
FSP2650 Full Zip Hooded Sweatshirt
FSP5100 Classic Fit Full Zip Soft Shell Jacket
This range covers warm weather, layering, and outerwear needs, making QuickWear a practical choice for year-round uniform programs and seasonal promotions alike.
How the Production Timeline Works
One of the most common frustrations in custom apparel is unclear timelines. HeadToToe Apparel addresses this directly with a step-by-step approval process that keeps buyers informed at every stage.
Here is how the process unfolds once you submit your order:
Submit a vector logo and PMS colors to the HTT Apparel team.
Within 3 business days, you will receive a virtual mock-up for your review.
Once the mock-up is approved, sublimated panels are produced and submitted for approval within 4 to 5 working days.
A digital image of the pre-production sample follows within 7 to 10 days.
After you approve that digital image, the 28-day production clock starts.
Delivery options give you additional flexibility. You can choose FOB California by boat, which adds approximately 4 to 6 weeks, or air freight direct to your door, which adds about 7 days. For most time-sensitive orders, air delivery is the practical choice.
One important note: delays in providing vector artwork or holding approvals at any step will push the timeline out. If a physical sample is requested, expect an additional two-week delay before production begins. Planning ahead on artwork and keeping approvals moving is the single biggest factor in hitting your delivery target.
Who QuickWear Is Built For
HTT Apparel has been manufacturing custom headwear and apparel since 1991, and the QuickWear program reflects decades of experience working with distributors, promotional products companies, corporate uniform buyers, restaurants, and sports organizations.
For distributors, QuickWear offers a reliable program to bring to clients who need decorated apparel without a lengthy production window. The 50-piece minimum is accessible for most mid-size orders, and the sublimation process means full-color, all-over artwork without the limitations of traditional embroidery or screen printing.
For corporate buyers and uniform programs, the eight styles cover the range of what most organizations actually need. A restaurant group can outfit front-of-house staff in sublimated polos. A corporate team can order full-zip soft shell jackets with a branded print. A sports organization can run crew necks and hoodies in matching colorways.
For promotional products companies, QuickWear's defined process and fast turnaround make it easier to quote and confirm delivery timelines with end clients, reducing the back-and-forth that slows down sales cycles.
Why Full Sublimation Matters
All QuickWear items are produced using 100% sublimation. This is not a limitation. It is a feature.
Sublimation embeds color directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, which means graphics stay vibrant wash after wash. It supports photographic detail, gradients, and all-over prints that other decoration methods cannot replicate. For brands that take their visual identity seriously, sublimation produces results that embroidery and screen printing simply cannot match.
The tradeoff is that sublimation requires precise vector artwork and accurate PMS colors up front. HTT Apparel's team works closely with buyers through the mock-up and panel approval stages to make sure the final product matches expectations before production begins.
